There are few production/quality limitations that should be taken into account when trying to achieve fine detail in embroidery designs.
For example, text smaller than 5mm high will most likely be illegible but is certainly achievable with Heat Sealed Plastisol Transfers
We would likely suggest this type of decoration if, the logo has complex detail that would not work for embroidery or would work best on a foam front 5 panel Trucker.
Heat transfers and woven badges/patched/insignia work as a secondary option to embroidery, if embroidery cannot quite capture the detail.
Taking this a step further, we are able to achieve intricate Logo/Message details with a Woven Badge, similar to the detail obtained with Woven Neck Labels.
